Gerardy Outdoor Power is run by Matt Gerardy. It’s hosted on First Light, a service of YouZag Inc., which doesn’t run it and isn’t responsible for its content.

These terms are between you and Matt Gerardy. First Light provides the technology and isn’t part of them. Using the site means you accept them.

Using the site

Don’t use it to break the law, harm or deceive anyone, send spam, or interfere with how it works. You’re responsible for what you post or upload, you keep ownership of it, and you let the site store and show it. The site’s own content belongs to its owner; you may view it, not copy it.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, the owner isn’t liable for indirect loss. None of this limits your consumer rights, or liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and law

These terms change when the site does; a purchase keeps the terms in place when you made it. The law where the owner is based applies, and you keep the protection of the law where you live.
