Gerardy Outdoor Power

Privacy notice

Last updated October 26, 2026.

Gerardy Outdoor Power is run by Matt Gerardy. It’s hosted on First Light, a service of YouZag Inc., which doesn’t run it and isn’t responsible for its content.

Matt Gerardy is responsible for your information, and First Light handles it only to run the site. Optional tracking providers may use information for advertising across sites, as described below.

What this site collects

• Messages you send: emailed to this site’s form inbox and not kept on this site.
• Files you upload: kept until they’re removed. Anyone with an image’s address may be able to see it.
• OpeHub dealer data: what you send through it goes to opehub.web.app, which provides that feature.
• Maps: the places you search for and the area you view go to Google.
• Optional tracking: with your permission, page visits, referrer, browser, IP address and cookie identifiers go to the tracking providers below for measurement and advertising. Your choices are separate for analytics and advertising.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, used only to deliver the site and keep it safe. Kept 7 days.

The legal basis is giving you what you ask for, your consent for optional tracking and the site’s interest in running safely. Deleted information can stay in backups for up to 30 days.

Some of them process it in the United States, under standard contractual clauses where the law requires.

Cookies

Necessary storage keeps the site working: YouTube stores its player settings once you press play; your tracking choices are saved in this browser. Optional tracking starts only after you allow it. Change or withdraw your choice at any time in Cookie preferences. Google may use _ga and advertising cookies; see how Google uses information.

Your rights

You can ask to see, get a copy of, correct or delete your information, or ask the site to stop using it. Use the form below and you’ll get an answer within one month, free. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you can also take your information elsewhere, object to its use, or complain to your data protection authority. Advertising data sharing may count as a sale or sharing under privacy law. Opt out in Cookie preferences; Global Privacy Control turns advertising tracking off.
